A traditional English Cider with an intense acidity and astringence that derive from apples grown in the Slovene region of Gorenjska. It is completely natural with no additives or sweeteners. The aroma is traditionally apple with a mild touch of vanilla that extends into the taste with a pleasant sweetness. The aftertaste is sour with a significant carbonization.
