Klasik is a simple beer reminiscent of traditional lagers. It’s a sort of a hybrid where we tamed the ale yeast to evade fruity flavors and allow the malt with its cereal aromas to take the lead. Similarly, the hops are used only for bitterness. As this beer is meant to refresh, the carbonization is lively and the bitterness mild.
